Balaji Consultants is a specialist engineering and technology company focused on used-oil re-refining. For more than two decades, we have worked across process selection, detailed engineering, equipment design, plant supply, commissioning, revamps and performance improvement for re-refining projects in India and international markets.
Our approach begins with the feedstock, required product quality, plant capacity, utilities and operating objectives. We then develop the process configuration and engineering required to translate those project conditions into a practical, reliable operating plant. In addition to re-refining, we undertake selected projects in lubricant blending, grease manufacturing, crude-oil topping, solvent processing and related process-plant applications.

No two used-oil feedstocks are identical. Water, light ends, solids, degradation products and other contaminants influence the process route and operating conditions required.
